How We Generate Returns with the Capital We Manage
Our investment strategy is extremely conservative as the capital we manage is utilized solely to provide 6 month to 12 month private mortgage loans to qualified applicants in Spain. The loans we provide never exceed an amount equal to 30% of the current appraisal value of the applicant’s residential real estate or 18% in the case of commercial real estate. Less than 10% of the private mortgage loans we grant include commercial real estate. We hold a first mortgage position on the applicant’s real estate and therefore always maintain assets valued at over 300% of the total capital that we manage.
